This is one of my favorite verses in the Bible.  I love love love the idea of no shame.

I can’t imagine a world without shame.  Can you?

Richard and I came across this TEDx talk this winter and watched it on his phone while we were stranded at O’Hare after a long wait coming through customs.  It was remarkably inspiring and beautiful.

I recently rediscovered the speaker, Brene Brown, when I checked out a few of her books.  I’m currently reading I Thought It Was Just Me, and I have The Gifts of Imperfection  at home too, ready to be read.

This talk is a little long, just over 20 minutes, but so worth it if you haven’t seen it yet.  I’m sure that I’ll be drawing ideas for future posts, and for my own life from this talk and Dr. Brown’s books.  Take time to watch this clip.
